Today has helped me relax so much. I feel better and relieved, when I get scared I get depressed.

I went to the doctors and got the actual doctors opinion of my Ultrasound. She said he is between 7 and 8 pounds and that I am within the 75th to 90th percerntile. Not sure what that means but she said he is fine and normal. And I may still have a natural birth. She also made light to the fact that he is tall, and that it's not all about fat. (anyone who knows Tony may now become suspicious becuase of his height, but I assure you Tony is going to have a tall son) the doctor says he may just takes after my side as far as height is concerned. The doctor also seemed quite impressed with the control of my blood sugar levels. I'm not sure that she realizes I am borderline so it's easier to keep them in check then most.

I got the result of my strep test, which I was told last week from another doctor that I WAS certainly going to have it. She said 90% of pregnant women have it and was quite sure I would too. Well it came back negative, wahoooo at least something is negative! My Urine is still fine and blood pressure is normal! His heartbeat is strong and healthy. She checked inside and said my cervix is softening but not yet dialated. She also mentioned that after this visit I may loose my Mucas plug. Well I should think so after all that poking and proding. She was rougher then the last doctor, I think she poked it loose.

After all that I went to have lunch with my coworkers which was supposed to be three other people. It ended up being a baby shower. I have to say I was actually surprised, I should not have been, it really should have been obvious to me but I figured we were going to celebrate when I came back because the department has been sooooo busy. I figured it was just our monthly lunchin.

We met at the Italian Bistro in Cherry hill, I love that place, great pasta. There was Kim, Damon, Peter, Art, Robyn, Mad, Claudia and Sheldon. It was really a nice lunch, you don't realize how lucky you are sometimes until it's time to celebrate and those you care about are right in there with you celebrating your momment. I work with some really cool people and they give great gifts! I wish I had brought my camera but a few people had cameras and assured me I'd get some pictures, so hopefully they'll be on the site soon.

Well it's been a long day, it's off to bed. I need to nap before Ghost hunters comes on, I'm such a dork. Quinn is wide awake and kicking my belly quite hard so it may be difficult. But I still love that he is so active, it means he is well!

Oh yeah I dreamt that I had him last night and for the first time I saw his face. He was already a toddler but I had just had him and he looked NOTHING like Tony or me. He was a little blonde surfer kid with a bowl cut?????? I could see if I was into surfing but I'm not so... huh?
